Brits trying to leave Britain, what’s your plan?

A shitty social system combined with shitty opportunities for wealth makes the UK just a merge of the bad parts of the US and developed Europe. I didn’t get into a mega-target to get a 25k pre-tax role and still have to pay for private healthcare to get checked out.

Sure the parks/museums/pubs are nice, but so is being able to afford a home by 50 without committing tax fraud.

Students or those at the beginning of their career who are looking to leave the UK ASAP, what is your plan?

some options you have: work for a big firm and try get an internal transfer abroad, apply to international jobs directly and hope they sponsor you, apply for special visas that actively want young people with useful skills.
