Lost in the corporate trap, any advice?

A bit of context(European working in corporate, early twenties): I did internships at top tech companies and also tried other sectors. However, nothing really interests me, adding on top of it the not so good working hours and shit salaries (compared to the cost of living).

I look at my seniors that spent years sacrificing their private lives to get a “normal” salary (you kinda reach a plateau that is fairly low). I’m thinking consulting, but again the salaries are not as great as other places and working hours are crazy.

What should I do? Go abroad? Change path and try IB/PE? Start my own company?
