City Recommendations? (ATL/MIA/CHA/DAL/etc)

Can anyone with past experience speak to the pros and cons of the following cities for overall level of opportunity, predominant areas of finance, ideal resume/background, prestige levels, etc? I am hoping to gather some info on cities besides NYC/CHI/LA.

Atlanta
Miami
Charlotte
Dallas
Houston
Austin

As a side note, I'm particularly interested in doing something with an international component. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese. I am not Hispanic, but I do have some experience living in Argentina. I know Miami obviously stands out in the LatAm domain, but is there much in the other cities I listed?
