Have paid worst bonuses on the street two cycles in a row. Management has taken zero responsibility for not being able to realign the business after 2021. A lot of people have left across all levels. Heavily dependent on sponsor deal flow which is still lagging. Hired a lot of people on guarantees that haven’t brought in much or any revenue since they joined. Culture is rock bottom with a new four days a week in the office mandate with a threat to have year end comp affected if you don’t comply. Was a great firm but struggling a lot at the moment.
