Do/Could/Should Investment Banks advise on Football Transfers?

Just a killing time discussion. With loads of Premier League and European players all going to Saudi/Middle East/China football franchises, it made me wonder if Investment Banks have ever considered advising football clubs and individual targets on transfers. Would it ever be feasible? My guess as to why they don't is probably fee-related and that bankers would probably be too technical or over-analytical.

I was searching for this comment. There should be a case study on United about organizational rot with this guy being the central character. . He's why no one wants input from bankers on pitch-related matters because they know 0.  Woodward arranged the LBO and did wonders commercially (pushed the club far ahead of peers in terms of sponsorship revenue, licensing & merchandising, etc) but when Fergie and Gill retired, he assumed more responsibility (heavily involved in transfers, and head coach appointments) and absolutely failed. I won't even bother touching on Boehly at Chelsea since he took over.

The bankers are (rightfully) the back office guys in football, while technical/sporting directors & scouting teams focus on who is on the pitch.
