PWM to S&T or PB or MSc Help

Just asking for advice if it's at all possible. I'm interning this summer at a BB PWM branch in the Northeast (a pretty loaded area), and I go to a non-target with a 3.0 GPA. Is there any chance I can recruit full time for Private Banking or Sales and Trading, or should I just go pursue a MSc and if so, what are the best ones.

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks!
