What is the best way to get a job at a long-only asset manager, when you have 10+ years of experience?
On the sell side, I used to get a lot more inbound but seems like I don't get as much anymore (atleast on LinkedIn). Those that I do are all L/S hedge fund roles. I know a few sales people but they are closer to HFs. Wondering what is the best way to move to another LO?
P.S. My college was a non-target so basically no one from my college works on Wall Street
