Does Jawline Matter in Sell-Side?

A pattern I've noticed is that conventionally attractive and masculine guys (so not 5'8 prettyboys like Timothee Chalamet or DiCaprio) in my analyst class several years back gets chosen for client interactions almost 100% of the time. They also tend to get invited to unofficial happy hours while the ugly short fat guys with unfortunate faces are left behind.

It seems like there's a strong correlation (r = 0.84) between being tall, broad-shouldered, white, with a Henry Cavill-esque jawline and a low straight hairline with how often you'll be trusted around clients.
