Corporate banking to Equity Research?
Hi everyone, I’m currently an incoming senior and will be interning in Commercial and Corporate Banking this summer. I’m excited for the experience, but I’ve lately been very interested in equity research and feel like it could be a good fit for me. I wanted to know what the recruiting process is for equity research roles for full time as I want to move into it when I graduate. Additionally any insights into the role and advice on how to prepare would also be greatly appreciated.
You bounce around on what you want to do every 2 months. Yes you can pivot into anything you want. Figure out what you actually want to do and work on becoming a better candidate so you can land the roles you want. Quit theorizing about potential paths and make something happen.
